Refund & Return Policy – Skinqel

At Skinqel, we aim to provide high-quality products and a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Order Responsibility

Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. We are unable to guarantee changes or cancellations after processing has begun.


2. Returns

Due to the nature of our products and for hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened items.

Returns may only be accepted if:

  • The item is defective or not functioning properly upon arrival

  • The item is unused and in its original packaging


3. Damaged Items (Shipping)

If your item arrives damaged, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo or video evidence.

We will review each case and provide a solution, which may include:

  • Replacement of the item

  • Partial or full refund (at our discretion)

Please note:
Skinqel is not responsible for damages caused by misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.


4. Refunds

Refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is confirmed defective

  • The issue is reported within the required timeframe

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days.


5. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind after purchase

  • Incorrect address provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers or customs

  • Minor variations in product appearance (e.g. color, packaging)


6. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage customers to contact us before opening a dispute. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in restriction from future purchases.
